Gear Shift Lever Joint

To Fit: Saab 9000 – all manual models 1985 to 1994, plus all manual models 1994 to 1998 with a chassis number lower than R1025664 (this refers to the last part of your chassis number).

This is a safety part, made to shear and allow the transmission to drop down under the body of the car during a collision. However as the joint ages it is a common problem that it starts to perish and soften, the symptoms of this can be a sloppy or difficult gearchange.

Original equipment quality, Swedish supplied aftermarket joint.
